Mindfulness meditation is an evidence-based practice that helps to manage stress, build resilience, and enhance well-being. This supportive and experiential program will introduce you to the basics of mindfulness practice. The various guided practices will include: breath-focused meditation, body scan, mindfulness through our senses, mindful self-compassion, and mindful movement. You will also learn simple mindfulness techniques that you can integrate into your day-to-day life.
