Designed for intermediate students with experience in Tai Chi and Qigong. This class combines internal strengthening exercises with more complex Tai Chi choreography to enhance fluidity, focus, and skill. It’s a fun, engaging challenge for those ready to continue training in these health and wellness exercises.
