This class involves traditional step choreography. Different levels of intensity are provided to ensure everyone gets the most out of their Step workout. Class ends with a thorough cool-down and stretch. Time: 10:30-11:30am Drop in: $8.00 Pay at Front Desk No Step classes for the month of December, will resume January 4th 2025
