Youth
The goal of the North Shore Neighbourhood House Youth Program is to provide youth services to our community through our various neighbourhood locations and through partnership with other community service providers. We believe youth are valued members of our community; we work to support young people in a variety of ways, including community outreach, activities, drop-in programming, and more.
Youth Centre
The Youth Centre is open four days a week for preteens and youth ages 12-17. It’s a great place to spend time with friends, meet new people, play ping pong, or foosball.
Friendly youth leaders supervise the Youth Centre and can connect preteens and youth to volunteer opportunities, youth-led community groups, to one-on-one support and important resources and information.
Come to the free Youth Centre Sports Gym drop-in on Fridays and Saturdays from 7-10 p.m. No pre-registration required. Youth should bring their own sports equipment. We hope to see you there!
