Mindfulness meditation is an evidence-based practice that helps you to manage stress, build resilience and enhance your well-being.  Join us for a welcoming and supportive program, where you will learn the basics of mindfulness meditation, experience guided mindfulness practices, and learn simple mindfulness techniques to support your well-being at work or home.
