This beginner-friendly class, taught by Sifu Josie with TQSpirit, introduces a foundational Tai Chi form while allowing students to experience energizing and rejuvenating Health Qigong. Through steady practice, you’ll build strength, improve balance, stretch safely, and enhance overall mobility — regardless of your starting point. It is a refreshing, low-impact way to support physical vitality while calming the mind and lifting your energy and spirit. Videos will be optional and available at an extra charge.
