This unique outreach program is for frail and/or isolated seniors living on the North Shore. Our goal is to provide health, wellness and socialization opportunities to help improve quality of life. The group meets once a week for two hours.
Grandparent Connections is a program to support grandparents who are caring for their grandchildren under 6 years old. Grandparents have unique challenges as primary care givers. The House provides a gathering place for grandparents to meet, discuss issues, find support and find out about resources to assist them in looking after their young grandchildren. Contact Carol Lundrigan by email or phone 604-998-0172 for more information.
