In addition to our regular programs and service listed in our program guide, we offer special wellness events throughout the year including:

- special wellness workshops are offered during the year. Details to come.

Stroke Recovery
We are also proud to host space for the North Shore Stroke Recovery Centre which offers peer
based support to stroke survivors three days per week, from Tuesday through Thursday. 10-2
pm. Activities include exercise and music therapy, care givers support group, counselling,
